Food is part of character growth
The official description says the Divine Dragon transforms what she eats into power. It names meat, fish, rocks and iron, as well as extravagant examples such as lava, mountains and houses. This establishes the broad food-based growth concept; it does not tell us the exact effect of each item.
Compare the information in your current game before choosing food. Do not assume two objects with similar names grant the same stats, or that a dramatic-looking meal is automatically the best option.
Choose a question before a meal
A useful experiment starts with one question: does this choice help the battle direction I am building toward? Record your relevant values before and after the choice, along with any other activity that could have affected the result. Keep comparisons within the same game version.
This site has not verified item-by-item gains, costs, limits or efficiency ratios. Those tables are intentionally absent. A measured result from your own run is more useful than an unsupported universal feeding order.
Nurturing also shapes personality
DRAPLINE’s official description connects upbringing to changes in personality and appearance. It also connects the people encountered and the way the year is spent to possible story endings. Consequently, planning only around combat strength does not capture the entire experience.
If you are exploring a different outcome, keep track of story decisions as well as feeding. We do not assign hidden personality thresholds or guaranteed ending requirements without direct verification.
Review the year as a whole
After a run, compare the direction you intended with the outcome you actually saw. Separate observations from guesses: a changed appearance is observable, but a single decision causing it may still be uncertain. Repeat a controlled comparison before treating that connection as a rule.
For battle planning, continue to the skill guide. For branching stories, use the ending guide. Both retain the same distinction between official feature descriptions and advice for experimentation.
